- Recruitment Activities: To implement recruitment processes and manage all tasks related to attracting and retaining qualified personnel.
- Contractual Obligations: To fulfill contractual obligations with fixed-contract workers, temporarily dispatched workers, part-time employees, and others, while managing necessary administrative processes.
- Shareholder Relations: To perform essential tasks that enable shareholders to appropriately exercise their rights, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Administrative Processing: To handle administrative processes related to social insurance and welfare benefits for the families of executive officers and employees.
- Business Operations: To execute additional required tasks related to business activities for all relevant parties involved with NMY and its group companies.
In the event that personal information is utilized for purposes beyond those previously stated, NMY will inform individuals of the specific intent for such use through appropriate notification or public disclosure. This provision excludes instances where the purpose of use is self-evident from the circumstances under which the information was collected, or when notification or public disclosure is not legally required.
